Our #LutonLetsGetActive campaign aims to encourage residents and the local community to get active and moving, signposting to opportunities which are available across Luton allowing residents to find an activity that suits them or try something new as well as promoting the benefits of being active and reducing your time spent sedentary (sitting).
The campaign includes monthly challenges to encourage residents to be active and also share their stories, photos and videos of them supporting the campaign to help encourage other residents to get involved.
July's monthly challenge encourages residents to #GetUpGetOut for 30 minutes a day, sending their stories on how they've supported the #LutonLetsGetActive campaign to be in with a chance of winning a 6 week pass to Active Luton Centres! Email HealthyLuton@Luton.gov.uk!
