Increasing activity levels can actually help in the management of many long term health conditions

Physical activity is one of the best tools for keeping your body healthy. Those living with long term health conditions are twice as likely to be inactive, even though there is lots of evidence that increasing your activity level can actually help in the management of many long term health conditions.

As health care professionals there is lots you can do too.
