The Commonwealth Games 2022 is coming to Birmingham, England with the opening ceremony taking place on July 28th 2022!
This is a huge opportunity for not only the West Midlands, but for our whole country to get involved and learn about the Commonwealth and its members as well as the sports and activities too.
What is the aim of the game?
Your school adventure starts where the last Commonwealth Games finished in 2018 - in Australia!
The aim of the game is for all pupils within your school to work together as a team collecting enough miles to travel from Australia to Birmingham in time for the 2022 Games whilst learning about the countries as they travel.
Miles can be collected at home and at school and the children can record their activities and distances in their Passport to Birmingham.
We are also hoping to hold a celebration style event next summer as a reward for those schools who reach Birmingham.
